Cancellation and Refund Policy

Studio Health has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.

Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.

We require at least 24 hours notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50 or 50% of the treatment cost.

In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.

Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

A deposit may be taken from you so that we can hold your desired time slot, this is non refundable if you do not turn up for your appointment or simply change your mind.

Deposits paid for treatments are non-refundable, you can use this for other amount to other treatments that are available.

Deposits are non transferable.

Reminder SMS Alerts

Clients will receive a SMS reminder at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. This provides notice for the client to confirm the appointment or reschedule, to avoid fees being charged.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, notice must be given as soon as possible by calling the clinic. Studio Health has an after hours answering service and notice may be given by leaving a voice message, or by sending an SMS to our mobile phone. Failure to show and /or failure to give notice will result in being charged cancellation fee.

Sickness

If client is sick or contagious, please reschedule appointment for another time. At least 24 hours notice must be given prior to scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours is given, client will be charged the full service fee. If client fails to show and/or does not call, client will be charged the no show fee.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates are valid for a period of 12 months from the time of purchase. Clients may choose any service that we provide. They will be forfeited for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

Medical Condition

It is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any changes in your health conditions and have disclosed all relevant medical/surgical history, medications, and current symptoms prior to treatment.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important. We will never give, lease, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal information. Any information you provide to Studio Health will be held with appropriate and professional care, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.


Inappropriate Conduct

Studio Health is strictly a non-sexual practice and will not tolerate any illicit, sexual or aggressive remarks, advances or gestures and will result an immediate termination of the treatment/session, and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
